Create Your Account

Thank you for your interest in classes at Midwest Committee of C.C.A.. If you are the parent of a dancer, the email address you use to create your account will be the username for all of the students you will add to your account in Step 2. This email address will be used to communicate important class and studio information. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

NOTE: Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length.
